As a brand new trainee straight from technical high school, David learned everything he could about everything. He started on smaller airplanes, but now confidently works on anything with wings that rolls through the hangar doors. The diversity of work, he says, is one of his favorite parts of the job. What tops that list, though, isn't the airplanes themselves, but is rooted in what can only come from his years of experience: wisdom.

"I get a lot of satisfaction doing everything we can to keep prices down for our customers while maintaining the quality of workmanship we're known for. Keeping the customers happy is my top priority. If not for that, I think our jobs lack true meaning and purpose," David said.

"Working with customers – that’s the cake! When you’re delivering an airplane and it’s been detailed and you show them all the things that you did, and they’re very happy, it’s absolutely incredible watching them light up."
